Camping Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understood the following Terms & Conditions before arriving at the campsite. By entering the site, you agree to comply with these conditions at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the site without refund.

1. General Information

  • Pitches: All pitches must be vacated by 11:00 am on departure day.
  • Pre-booking: Entry is by advance booking only. No arrivals will be accepted without a prior reservation.
  • Pitch Allocation: Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and will be clearly marked. All camping equipment, including tow bars and guy ropes, must fit within your allocated space.
  • Stay Duration: Camping with power is available Thursday to Sunday only. Arrival from Thursday; departure by Sunday.
  • Occupancy: Each pitch is limited to one vehicle and up to six people. Additional free parking is available nearby.
  • Sleeping in vehicles: Sleeping in cars overnight is not permitted.
  • Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable.

2. Electric Hook-Up (EHU) and Utilities

  • Power Supply: Electric hook-up (EHU) is supplied at a minimum of 6 amps. Not all pitches include EHU—please ensure this is selected when booking.
  • Cables: Bring a 25m mains cable to connect to the field box.
  • Availability: Power is only available on show days (Thursday–Sunday).
  • Water: Fresh water will be available on site. Only taps labelled “drinking water” should be used for that purpose.
  • Waste:
    • Dispose of black, grey, and dry waste at designated disposal points only.
    • Empty toilet waste into the provided tanks, not into toilet units.
    • Anyone found disposing of waste improperly will be asked to leave immediately and may face further sanctions.
    • Please use the bins provided for general waste and recycling.

3. Vehicles and Movement

  • Parking: Your vehicle must be parked within your allocated pitch.
  • Speed Limits: A strict speed limit of 5 mph applies at all times (10 mph maximum in other marked areas).
  • Movement Restrictions:
    • Vehicle movement should be kept to a minimum during your stay.
    • No vehicle movement during hours of darkness.
    • Normal vehicle regulations apply while driving on site.
    • Additional vehicles cannot be accepted.

4. Fire Safety

  • Open Fires: Open fires and disposable BBQs are not permitted and will be extinguished.
  • BBQs: Must be raised off the ground.
  • Fire Safety Equipment: Fire extinguishers and alarms are located at service points.
  • Fire Lanes: Must be kept clear at all times.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • Generators are not permitted.
    • Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and drones are strictly prohibited.
  • Gas:
    • Caravans and campervans should bring only the fitted gas cylinders. No spare bottles are permitted.
    • Campers using gas stoves may only use purpose-built stoves with small bottles (max 2.2kg)—no spare bottles.
  • Remain vigilant to fire safety for your own and others’ protection.

5. Behaviour and Noise

  • Quiet Hours: Between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am.
  • Anti-Social Behaviour: Will not be tolerated. Offenders will be removed without refund.
  • Sound Systems: Not permitted on site.
  • Respect: All visitors are expected to respect fellow campers, staff, facilities, and the environment. Unruly behaviour will result in eviction without refund.

6. Animals

  • Dogs:
    • Must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended.
    • Assistance dogs are always welcome.
    • Dog waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly.
    • Pets must not be left in vehicles at any time.
    • Violations of animal welfare rules may result in removal from the site.

7. Safety and Security

  • Wristbands: Campers will be issued wristbands—please ensure all members of your party wear them at all times.
  • Out of Bounds Areas: Must be respected; entering restricted areas may result in removal.
  • Valuables: Keep valuables, caravans, tents, and vehicles secure. Report anything suspicious to campsite staff or security.
  • Smoking: Permitted within pitches and open areas only—dispose of cigarette ends safely.
  • Glass: Glass bottles are allowed only within your pitch or tent. Broken glass must be cleared immediately. Walking around with open glass bottles is not permitted. Reusable plastic bottles and glasses are encouraged.

8. Alcohol and Conduct

  • Underage Drinking: The consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited under the event licence.
  • Alcohol Sales: Only official bars and vendors may sell alcohol on site. Unauthorized sales will result in booking cancellation and confiscation.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

  • The Organiser accepts no liability for death, personal injury, damage, or loss except where directly caused by the Organiser’s negligence.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to vary or cancel elements of the event (including dates, times, and location) due to Force Majeure—including fire, flood, strike, disease, or any event beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

10. Assistance and Contact

  • Please report any issues to the Campsite Manager or Security immediately.
