The Heythrop Hunt Pony Club has been invited by the Agria Blenheim International Horse Trials to host a Team Inter Pony Club Show Jumping competition. Building on the highly successful competition run by the Heythrop in 2024, over 200 riders from 35 different Pony Clubs from all over the UK have entered.

Riders will compete in 90 & 100cm single phase SJ classes with teams consisting of 3 or 4 riders, with the 3 best scores counting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Pony Club members to experience competing at such a prestigious venue. With a high standard of competition expected, the event promises an exciting and competitive day of show jumping. The competition will also showcase the team spirit of the Pony Club where so many of the professional riders competing at the Horse Trials will have started their equestrian journey.

COMPETITION: The competition will be run in the new Churchill Arena in accordance with the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2026. Each team will consist of 3 or 4 members with 3 scores to count. All members of each team will jump consecutively. No pony can compete more than once in the same class.

ENTRIES will be taken on a first come, first served basis with branches able to enter up to TWO teams in each class.

We will also accept mixed teams – teams made up of individual members of different branches from the same Area but only if a branch is not fielding a team in the class.

Entries close with final declaration of team members on 14th September 2026. Entries will close earlier if classes are full. A wait list will be taken, if oversubscribed at entry point, and those successful will be notified if a place becomes available.

If the competition is undersubscribed a PC80 Teams class will be added on September 2nd so, please make sure you make your entries before this date. Anyone
competing in the PC100 or PC90 classes will not be eligible for this additional class. Entry Fee £150 per team (excluding booking fee)
