Long gone are the days when visitors to outdoor events had to be satisfied with an unappetizing burger and chips and instant coffee. For this year’s Event we are increasing the number of catering outlets and expanding our food court to provide you with a greater variety of options.

You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy at the event, however, you are restricted from taking your food into the Palace Pavilion. There are rubbish disposal facilities located all around the grounds, so please do use these when you are finished with your picnics so that litter is kept to a minimum.

Billington’s Brasserie

Hosted by showjumping legend Geoff Billington, the VIP Billington’s Brasserie is an all-inclusive add on VIP package including continental breakfast, cold buffet lunch and afternoon tea. From £150 per person.

Please note that this package does not include entry to the event, you will need to purchase your entry ticket separately.

The Billington’s Brasserie is located in the Palace Pavilion and opens at 8.30am. Billington’s Brasserie / Members badges will be posted to ticket holders prior to the event. Mealtimes / dress code and other information will be confirmed within this pack.

Picnics

Why not treat yourself to one of our Palace picnic options?

Choose from a Pony or Stallion hamper including tasty treats such as a selection of artisan filled rolls and savoury items including scotch eggs, sausage rolls and quiche.

If you want to go one step further, you could book a picnic bench which is available with the perfect lakeside location. Suitable for up to 6 people, the benches are close to the hospitality area and all the cross-country action.

Food walk

Enjoy a feast of different food and drink in our dedicated food walk, where you’ll find a variety of different vendors selling delicious foods for you to try. From coffee and cake to something more substantial, it’s guaranteed to leave your tastebuds tingling.
