100 words on the Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials 2025

The Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials (18 – 21 September 2025) is hosting the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship this year, the first time that the Championship has been held in Britain for ten years and twenty years on from when it was last hosted at Blenheim Palace.

Attending the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship is a rare, often once-in-a-lifetime experience, offering the unique opportunity to witness the sport’s rising stars in the CCI4*-S GFS Saddles 8 and 9-year-old class. Alongside world-class competition, visitors can expect a wide variety of trade stands, great food and exciting entertainment.

FAQ’s

Wondering where you can collect you media pass from? Where to park? How to collect your media pass? You’ll find the answers to these questions in our FAQs below.

You will receive a parking e-ticket on 1st September via the email address you used for your media accreditation. This is all you need in advance. Further information about collecting your accredited Media Identification badge (which includes a QR code for your tickets) will be included in the Media Information document sent to you via email on 3rd September.

All accredited media will be added to the event’s press database. If you’re unsure if you’re on the list, please contact: [email protected]

Your Media Identification badge can be collected from the Sport Cabin located at the entrance of the lorry park which will give you full access to the event. Please then come to the Media Centre to sign in. There is a buggy route from the Sport Cabin directly to the Media Centre for you to use. More information will be provided in the Media Information document which will be sent to you via email on 3rd September.

The Media Centre will offer workspaces, Wi-Fi, power outlets, refreshments (Tues – Sun) and lunch (Thurs – Sun), and access to the latest running orders, results and event updates. Our media team will be on hand to assist with any queries or requests.

Yes, your media accreditation includes a free parking e-ticket, which will be sent on 1st September via email. Please print or have this ready on your phone for access to the designated media parking area.

Filming is not permitted of the Field Of Play in the Agria FEI Eventing European Championship. Please see here for more information. Additionally the FEI will be releasing a video news release on event, please see information here.

For the GFS Saddles 8 & 9 Year Old Class, we respectfully ask that members of the media do not publish, post or live stream any video footage of the whole showjumping round or more than 45 seconds of any singular round.

No, unauthorised drone use is strictly prohibited for safety and licensing reasons.

Accredited photographers are welcome to take their own images within the designated areas. Official event photography will also be made available to all accredited media after each day’s competition via the Media Centrepage on the website and from our end of day press release service.

Yes, please speak to the team at the Media Centre or email in advance with any specific requests. We’ll do our best to facilitate interviews where possible, subject to rider availability.

Accredited media will have access to the main event site, Media Centre, mixed zones, press pens and press tribune. Access beyond these zones (e.g. stables or restricted areas) is not permitted without prior approval, in line with FEI and event regulations.

While accommodation is not provided as part of media accreditation, the event is partnered with ZIP Travel, offering discounted accommodation for media. Find out more here

Accredited media can access the site from Tuesday 16 Sept with the Media Centre open from 1.00pm. Please ensure you always have your Media Identification badge with you.
