The Billington’s Brasserie is an all-inclusive add on VIP package including continental breakfast, cold buffet lunch and afternoon tea.
The Billington’s Brasserie is located in the Palace Pavilion and opens at 8.30am.
On Friday evening, Geoff Billington will be hosting a masterclass with Tom McEwen where an evening meal will be served in the Billington’s Brasserie for those with the VIP package.
Billington’s Brasserie / Members badges will be posted to ticket holders prior to the event.
